I ordered Burgers from McDonald’s on 21November2023 via ONDC Paytm. The rider called me and said he will not deliver my order, and he asked me to raise a complaint and get refund. The customer care people are so rude that they are not even trying to understand my concern, they are ignoring me completely and not giving me refund. Because of foolishness of the ONDC paytm platform and the rider, it was me who had to bear the loss of money, time, food. All this is causing me mental agony. I hate this kind of experience. I have decided to never order anything from ONDC paytm, and I have also started to educate all my peers of the fraud that ONDC paytm is committing.
