I ordered from legacyclothing.shop but no any msg after payment my money is deducted and no shipping details

  1. Hi did u got your product because I also bought from that website and not getting any further calls. I tried writing mail and message them but nothing. I think the website was a fraud because I can’t find any other related stores or they are not on insta or facebook and there is no way to contact them as they haven’t given any number and they are not replying to the mail.

  2. Yes, even I ordered on 23rd and there is no mail. Nor is their site working anymore. Tried reaching them on mail but all in vain

  3. They have another site called Fancy Dolo and their Facebook page has gone inactive now. Their customer care number is 9064214906. Once you call them they will ask you to download an app. I request you not to download the app as it is a fraudulent app. They will ask for user id from that app and steal all the information from your device. I request higher authority to kindly look into this matter and serve us justice.

  4. I tried contacting them on various numbers. They asked me to fill a form asking my debit card details along with CVV. When I confronted them, he started abusing and hung up the call. They are basically from Kolkata because when I was calling them, the caller tune was in bengali. I have the phone call recordings, I hope that this is looked upon urgently and legal action is taken the against them.

Hello guys I had reached out to the national consumer helpline and am now going to file an online complaint to the District forum which will resolve the issue in 21 days and we will have to go once to the forum when the company sends their representative so anybody of you who would like to join me please let me know

  6. They refunded my amount after 10 days of continuous mails that I sent on their email id which is [email protected]. So I suggest you keep sending mails to them until you receive their response. Let me know if this helps.
