I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with my recent Order ID FN2613401503, placed on 19th July 2023 through your website. While I was excited to receive my package, I regret to inform you that it was not as expected. I ordered and paid for four shirts, but upon opening the package, I only received two shirts in single pack

We wanted to get in touch with you in reference to Complaint Number: COM00063135566. We have received an update from the concerned department stating that, as per the findings of our internal investigation, the product was packed intact from our side. Also, you have confirmed that the outer packaging was not tampered with. It is not possible that the product could be missing from the sealed packet against the product: print crew-neck t-shirt and typographic print cotton crew neck t-shirt. Hence, we will be closing this complaint. In case the issue is still not resolved, please reach out to us. Accept our sincerest apologies.

asking again and again what about missing shirts..but there is no response.
