Text of Complaint by Abdul Raqueeb Qureshi:

I ordered Amulspray milk powder from Blinkit app on 11 December 2022 and when received the item it was smelling so I filed a complaint, after that I received a replacement item but it has the same issue. The customer executive again raise a replacement which I received but this time the box didn’t had its seal which should be there as a packed item. When I told this to the customer executive, she told me she’ll refund the money in my blinkit wallet and she did refund but after few minutes they blocked my account and wallet as well. In the end I didn’t get my money and now they aren’t listening to me and not helping me.
