I ordered ambrane 20000mah power bank from flipkart Order ID – OD125640426974523000 on 3 aug 2022 but flipkart delivered 10000mah power bank and after I raiseed complaint I get 10000mah power bank they initiate replacement and replacement product was delivered same 10000mah power bank and I know about the on very first day That replacement product also 10000mah power bank and same happened. But in bill 20000mah power bank mention. This how flipkart cheated to customer. I call customer care but they can’t solve my issue after 16 day after product was delivered. I write a mail to grievance officer but after 5 day they even contact me regarding to my complaint. I want my 20000mah power bank and competition for suffering mental harassment.
