I ordered a tab from Book A Mobile but have not received the item yet .Order number is BO2621784205 .Payed by Google Pay .Cash is debited from my account .But payment status is unpaid .I called Federal Bank’s Customer Service Center. It was registered .Information obtained from there.It means that the cash credit has been transferred from my account to theirs account .I have not received any product or refund from its site yet.
