I’ve ordered Fire-Boltt Ninja Call Pro on December 29, 2022 Via Official Fire-Boltt Seller , They Delivered the package at December 30, 2022 Around 8 PM. Every time I receive a package I used to take a video of the package opening for safety precautions. Like Asusual I took a video this time where while opening we got an empty cardboard piece , just an empty cardboard piece. I was like very frustrated, i raised a complaint through Amazon Customer Care Service, they said that we’ve raised an complaint about your issue it will take 5 days to investigate on this issue , our consent team will take this issue and investigate pls call us back in Jan 5, 2023 they said. I have been waited for 5 days and called back and asked for an update they took 2 mins and came back and said ” OUR CONSENT TEAM HAS INVESTIGATED YOUR ISSUE, WHILE THEY SENT THE PACKAGE, THE ITEM WAS THERE IN THE PACKAGE, SO WE CANT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THIS ” and asked do you have anything about other orders and hanged up the call , i again reached them and asked the update same thing was said , now my problem is if they have sent the item inside the package at this time I will be using it and I won’t be complainting 2 times and tweet and all . Still I’m having a proof of the package containing nothing but couldn’t do anything about it. Pls give me an proper solution for it.
