On 26 November, I ordered a Google Pixel 6a smartphone and exchanged an old one. The phone was delivered on 1st December, and the old phone was returned to the delivery service. However, the products I ordered and what I received were different. Instead of a smartphone, I received a power bank inside the Google Pixel Phone Box. Due to the worst experience I had with Flipkart and their inability to provide a proper solution, now I don’t have a phone to use. The customer representative team of Flipkart is only delaying the matter as when I initiated a replacement, it was later rejected because the seller was not able to fulfill the request. I have also attached the images and video of the wrong product which I have received.
