I ordered a red floral dress from yamaya fashion from insta page but received a damn low quality third class cheap kurti.. sent an email to the ID they given on the parcel but no response at al.. they are least bothered and I feel they just make people fool. I have paid 799rs but the kurti I received was not even 150rs. And they have blocked me from insta page now… there is no contact number no adress given on the parcel nothing.
Below is the message I received when they ship the item.
“Shipped: Your order with seller “pehnava” for product “red floral orga” is sent via ecom express. Track your AWB on :courier.link/?8823767744. Shipdelight”
Kindly help me getting my refund.
