I ordered “Sony pulse 3d Bluetooth gaming headset” for Rs.1799 in Flipkart on 9th March 2.48 pm and it was shipped to nearest hub on 9th March 11.00pm it got cancelled on 10th March 12.47 am with out any information . The product was shipped and came to nearest hub and I am eagerly waiting to receive the item since a day. I was like in very happy mood that I am receiving my favourite product with in a day . I told to my friends that I am receiving a brand new sony headset. While waking up in the morning and checking the status of order it was informed me as cancelled. I was fully disappointed. I raised a callback regarding the issue. But I didn’t get any satisfactory response from their end. They informed me that was cancelled by seller due to price issue. “They gave me discount for the product i grabbed the discount with in a second and it was cancelled by them because I grabbed their discount”. The stress i took to order the item is like unexplainable. I was gone under mental disruption on seeing the order was cancelled . This is not the first time they are cancelling the order. It happened several times in previous days.
“I want to get the product for same price they mentioned with discount as 1799”.
