I ordered a product from Faze Fashion website. I received a completely wrong item of very poor quality. The quantity and product received are different from what was mentioned on the website. Despite multiple attempts, the seller has not responded to my return or refund request. This is misleading and unfair trade practice. I ordered a product from Faze Fashion online website. I received a completely wrong item of very poor quality. The product and quantity received are different from what was mentioned on the website.

I contacted the seller multiple times for return and refund, but there has been no response from their side.

This amounts to misleading and unfair trade practice. I request a full refund of ₹999 and appropriate action against the seller.
