i ordered a product from amazon on 20th march 2023 the delivery date was on 27th march 2023 but the product was not dispatched till 29th march 2023, from 27th march i was trying to cancel the order due to the product was not dispatched but it was not happening . today i got option to so canceled it but my refund is not initiated when i spoke to the customer care they are asking me wait again another 2 days. from 20th Iam waiting but still they are asking me to wait and this is not fair and i had football match yesterday due to non delivery of my football boot i couldn’t participate in it and am fed-up.
