I ordered a pair of shoes online, but I was scammed and received a completely different, low-quality pair. The seller has now blocked me and is ignoring my messages, resulting in a total loss of ₹1600.

Subject: Complaint Against Online Scam – Wrong & Low-Quality Product Delivered

To Whom It May Concern,

I recently placed an order for a pair of shoes from the Instagram page Entry Kickz 07. However, I was scammed as the product I received was completely different from what was promised, and the quality was extremely poor.

Order Details:
Instagram Page: Entry Kickz 07
Amount Paid: ₹1600
Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (COD)
Date of Order: 16th February 2025
Date of Delivery: 23rd February 2025 (Today)
Issue Faced:
The product delivered was completely different from what was shown in the pictures.
The quality was extremely poor and not worth the price paid.
After receiving the wrong product, I tried contacting the seller for a resolution, but they blocked me and are ignoring my messages.
Despite multiple attempts, I have received no response or refund from their end.
Resolution Requested:
I kindly request immediate action against the seller and a full refund of ₹1600 for the fraudulent transaction. Additionally, necessary action should be taken to prevent such scams from happening to other customers.

Please look into this matter urgently and provide a resolution.
