I ordered a lehenga online but i received completly different and defective and not giving refund.

I orderd a lehengaa 2 days back from an official instagram account called lehenga_bazaar . The lehenga she uploaded on her page was completely different than what we have received, in description she wrote that it was heavy stitched and the foils will not come out, and she didn’t even used foil she used paper . In the post she wrote it is a lehenga ,but we received it as semi stitched which she didn’t mentioned in the caption . The blouse she shown was having a heavy work done..but we only received a net and very low quality cloth. The duppatta has only paper stitched and is as light as a tissue paper..we are trying to call her and writing message but she is not responding any calls and not answers the message. We want our money back. We dont want such low quality, defective product.
