I have ordered a lehenga of rs.721 and meesho delivered me an old saree .I make return request on meesho entering the reason as, ‘completely different product received.’ At first time pickup boy did not take the product showing that, he have to upload photo of lehenga and I am giving saree .Then, I re initiate the process of return and second time same thing happen again. And now meesho is not taking my return request .and showing quality check failure.
I have raised return request on same date I have received product on 3rd oct 2023.
I contact to customer care of meesho 4 to 5 times on 5 and 6 th October because, pickup boy is not picking my order. Today ,On 6th April courier pickup boy didn’t take the product return for same reason. So, I connect to meesho customer care on call with help centre. They did not solve my issue and they was telling repeatedly that he cannot help me regarding this product.
They even said they have send right product i have done something on it, they said I am chor.
They also said that they has no problem if I file complaint against them.
Meesho’s customer service is very useless as they are not paying attention towards customers problem and harassment.
Delivery boy said this fraud is happening now a days from meesho so please check before placing order. But meesho didn’t mention on there site that which seller is fraud and from whom to buy genuine product. Please help.
