I have ordered a lehenga of rs.764 and meesho delivered me an old saree .I make return request on meesho entering the reason as, ‘completely different product received.’ At first time pickup boy did not take the product showing that, he have to upload photo of lehenga and I am giving saree .Then, I re initiate the process of return and second time same thing happen again. And now meesho is not taking my return request .and showing quality check failure.
I contact to customer care of meesho 3 times on 22 nd April because, pickup boy is not coming to pick my order . Today ,On 23rd April courier pickup boy didn’t take the product return for same reason.
So, I connect to meesho customer care on call with help centre. He did not solve my issue and he was telling repeatedly that he cannot help me regarding this product .
He also said that he has no problem if I file complaint against them.
Meesho’s customer service is very useless as they are not paying attention towards customers problem and harassment .
