I ordered a Induction Cooktop (Pigeon Company) from Flipkart and they delivered it on 08 march 2023 (By Ekart) but due some electronic issue I asked for replacement and they accepted it and later seller cancelled it without any prior notification. And I didn’t get the product yet they already picked up the Induction cooktop for replacement.

one of agent of the Ekart called me( by +912235032347) and picked up the product on 14-16 march 2023 (not exactly remember the date but it was in between as they do not provide any message or receipt ) …but today is 30 march 2023 (more than 15 days) they didn’t even updated the picked up status and now they are saying that he didn’t picked up the product and i gave him product full after confirmation and seeing pickup request on his mobile phone and his Ecart Logo on his luggage bag and id.
and after several complain on Flipkart they are just giving dates first 23 mrach then 24 march, 28 march, now 3 April…. And they always marked it as issue resolved….
