I ordered a hard disk and post opening Amazon packing I just saw a dirty box and it was not in good condition and it was been packed normal cello tape. At the same time i called customer care and update on the box issue and less weight issue. So the customer care told you can go ahead on opening the box and after seeing box only I found mannual and cable and box was wrapped with full bubble wrap and post that amazon team told me to connect on 26-3-2022 and I tried to connect and now they are denying. And no one from Amazon team called me to check on it or anything apart from delivery person and I have many photos to upload but I have only one pic option to upload
