I ordered a gown while i recived a saree they doing fraud with me.. It cost 970 rupees i want my refund back pls help me out

I ordered for wine colour semi stitches suit category gown but delivered yellow saree and customer care not taking my phone.i have mail many times but there is not respons.now either replace my order with the wine colour semi stitches suit.or give my money back
