I order 2 hoodies from a company with the website Chicc.in, and they only sent me one, with no response from any of the proprietors, the company’s email, their own emails, nothing.
I tried calling the delivery agents to stop them from paying the seller and return the order but they said it was too late and i gave up all hope, i have since been asked by my mom to file a complaint in the consumer court, so here i am doing that.
