On 5 january i received my order, and 2 items were missing, soon after Unboxing I Contacted Amazon care and they told me not to worry they will refund me the money of 2 items, they told me wait for a day, after 24 hrs they told me to wait for 3 days and after 3 days they told me wait upto 15 january and today on 15 january they are saying they can’t help me and they are sorry as according to their Inquiry team there is no missing item
I told them no inquiry was done as nobody approached me and checked my contents, they told me they are sorry but they can’t help
I told them since the boxes which I received had the space for only 13 items and for the sake of logic tell me how they declared there were 15 items in those boxes they said this is not their work and disconnected my call
The order number for this was 402-3391369-6019551
It seems they are hand in glove with the fraud sellers
And now nobody in Amazon is helping me.. Please give me justice
