I ordered 12 suit sets from my mother’s amazon account, but I received only 1 suit that too wrong ( none of the 12 suits I ordered ) but on Amazon it showed all 12 delivered. I requested a return for the wrong suit and it was picked up, but no update yet regarding the 12 suits I ordered. No help from customer care calls.
In the conference call Amazon cc executive provided with the delivery boy, he accepted that he delivered just one suit not 12. He ensured that he will check it with the seller, But no update and now customer care executive are behaving very poorly and irresponsibly.
