I orderd an Iphone 12 128gb white colour on 16th Oct’21 but so far I have not received the product. promise delivery date was 27th Oct’21 but it was not done.

On 16th October’21 I placed an order for Iphone 12 128gb White colour, same was out for delivery on 18th October’21. But, since
the product was damaged wish master took it back since it was open box
delivery.

Now I have not received the replacement product as promised date which was
on Oct’21 27th. Even after multiple follow ups with customer care
executives and escalations there was no proper resolution provided towards
my issue. As per the Flipkart return or replacement policy I suppose to
receive the product within 7days of time which is again failed.

Irrespective of requesting customer executive to transfer the call to
Senior executive, call was disconnected. Incident
number(IN21101912001039898055) fyi.

Also, on 22nd Oct’21 I raised a query regarding the issue which I have been
facing, query status has been closed as resolved without providing any proper
inputs or comments.

Flipkart does not even provide the seller contact details in order to get
the updates towards my product, also it does not have any contact details
about Courier facility.

Merchant or Seller has been received the money of Rs57,249 on 16th Oct’21.
but till date I have not received the product in my Hand. without my
consent delivery date has been changed to 29th Of Oct’21. which I am
totally not ok with this changes.

Flipkart customer care has been saying it is a logistics issue which I have
got nothing to do with it. Since all the commitments provided has been
failed from Flipkart end. Now Escalation team is asking me to cancel the order and place fresh one. But what about the money which seller is holding from 16th Oct’21. I demand for the justice and Flipkart must owe me a refund of the product as well the product.
