Dear Team,
I ordered inalsa robot 2.5PS 250-watt hand blender (Order ID: 12968181462) from paytm mall but courier not received status showed as delivered on 15/03/2021, hence i raised complain on 24/7 help (Query reference number: 185570116).
Paytm help person not contact with me and close the issue as “courier partner has confirmed the delivery of your order, hence we are closing this case”
So, i request the plan joint ingestion with me and courier delivery person which was attend on 15/03/2021 due to me and my family member not received delivery, So delivery person where to delivered.
Please help regarding this issue.
