I order mobile phone from Instagram and they also texted me in Instagram and they parcel the item from ekart logistics but after paying cod the product is found wrong and they cheated me now they didn’t give my money back.

Text of Complaint by Abhishek Kumar Singh:

In cod I paid 6000 but they scamed me I have all the ss of order and I paid 6000 to ekart and 150 to him and I have his contact no also. I want to complain against him because he didn’t give my money back and blocked me.
