Text of Complaint by Piyush virani:

At the delivery delivery boy open the box & tell us to check the product we saww all side & upper side of the product.due to heavy of 75 kg we cannot saw at bottom.after delivery boy completion instalation service gay has come and he saw that there was big dent at bottom and machine can not stand stable.so they asking us to replace it to amazon.
After i call at amazon but they tell that we provide open box delivery so at that time product was ok.so we cannot approve your replacement request.
There was common thing that no one have capacity to lift 75 kg machine & show its bottom.and also there was heavy size of thermocol base ata bottom side so we can not saw stability easily
