Hi,
I ordered on JIO ON 28 January 2023, for

What I received on 1st Feb is MAD chain..returns are not picked up even after 6 days, as the returns courier guy says only watch they can taken back.. Jio service is so poor, that every time I call them they ask me to wait for 48 hours.. already 3 such 48 hours are over, and no sign of resolution from JIO
