i ordered a fire boltt smartwatch ninja, but when i received and open the box product is missing in the box. then i complaint customer support again nd again, they say only i registered your complain my investigation team working for this, so you call me after 15 jan but today when i call customer care, they say your product is not missing in the package so i can’t refund or replace this… my money is 1999 also pending and i not received any product
