Dear Ecom Express Team,
I am writing to you today regarding a pending order with AWB number 80005770072. I am not a seller, but I use Ecom Express to deliver my personal couriers.
Unfortunately, I made a mistake when entering the value of the product on the shipping label. I accidentally entered 1 lakh instead of 10 thousand rupees. As a result, my order is pending at the RTO because an e-way bill is required for shipments above 50 thousand rupees.
I understand that I should have been more careful when entering the value of the product, but I am requesting your help in getting my order released from the RTO. I do not have an e-way bill, but I can provide you with any documentation you need to verify the value of the product.
I need my parcel urgently, so I would appreciate it if you could please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I am so much worry about it . Plz help me out . Thank you for your time and consideration.
