Text of Complaint by Yugamani:

My sim got deactivated even though i was having more 20 Rs balance. I did not check my mobile as i was away. So, i could not see any message related to deactivation.

When i called the customer support team they have told me to visit nearest branch with proof. So, I have visited the nearest Vodafone store and they told me that the number is released from our end, so we can’t do anything.  Also, they asked me to contact my previous operated as it is ported to Vodafone.

My previous operator is no more(Aircel). And company is closed.

So, I tried to reach out customer support. But, call is not connecting at all. I have waited for more than 5 mins over the phone to get connected.

I really need this number as it has few accounts linked with it.

This is terrible experience i m facing with Vodafone now.

Please help me to get it resolved.
