I was order Denim Wear Jeans (Pack of 3) to JACOBDENIMS with Order #27931 on 15th Aug, 2021.
Today I have received a parcel & found they have send me some used kids items instead of Denim Jeans (Pack of 3).
When I was called the customer care number several times but no one responded.
I request you, kindly help me to get my refunds of Rs. 999 or arrange to replace the parcel with original ordered items immediately.
