Hi sir/mam,
my name is yogesh. i was apply order for watch fir-boltt touch to wake spO2 smart watch order id:OD224435929787044000 but product is not successfull order but my payment is debited from my bank in the date of 17 march i was wait for my money will return in bank but till next my amout is not credited then i call flipkart customer care they was told me your amount is credited 22 march as per stander banking procedure i wait for till 22 march but amount not credited then i call again stilll custemer care giving me date 1 april…i was do chating with custumr care but they give me only date they not solve my problem they getting me fool..they wast my time and patiance i am very flustreted thats why i am decided to raise consumer complaint kindly help me and solve my issue and give me the solution. i have attached bankstatment snapshot kindly chek these
