I recharged through MY AIRTEL APP of Value 49 rupees two times on 7th APRIL 2019 and 92 rupees on 9th april 2019. My bank account balance was deducted but the benefits of the recharge done was not added to my Mobile number. When I contacted to the airtel customer care service, they too replied in an unsatisfied manner. I m giving you screen shots of my recharge. I want justice. I feel like i was being cheated in my own country and ive noone to blame. I want my compensation.
