Hello icici bank team. I am not happy. Because I booked IPL ticket last week on 3rd may morning but I lost my money 4400rs. I didn’t get any ticket booking message. Yes, it was a fake website only later. Then I contacted ICICI customer service representative and explained the details and they said that if the ticket is not booked, the money will be returned in two days. But nothing happened. Again I contacted ICICI customer service representative four or five times and told them the return details. Because I don’t know who the money went to and I couldn’t contact them until finally a customer service representative gave me some details which is that my money went to an account called Tech-edge. They told me their phone number and that they have an account in Delhi branch and asked to call me on that phone number but the phone never went through. But if you type that number in pay to mobile number option, it shows as Tech-edge. That too is in ICICI Bank account. When I asked to raise a complaint, they said that it will not work. Now what concerns me is why don’t you find the person Tech-edge who is doing this kind of fraudulent activities with your bank account and hand them over to the police. I will be very happy if you do. I have sent their information herewith. I hope you will help me as much as you can. I humbly request you to contact the Delhi branch where the account is maintained and collect the details… because I am asking you to do this so that no one should lose money like me again.
The person in the following information is the one who stole my money through the internet. He should be punished. I want my money back. Please help me.
