I ordered 2 Saree in sasta bazar (instagram) the manager said to be send amount 2200 I pay the amount the another pay 1920 he said I will refund 2min then he said 1900 I paid the amount totally I will pay 6040 rupees but he not refunded and he said pay 4120 more then I stop but he not send the money pls help sir refund the amount sir. I have recording and whatsapp proof
