On 11.02.2022 I I ordered a flora creation woollen trouser and order Id is 3048061. I ordered it for my mother who lives in a different state. She didn’t liked the product quality and fitting and asked me to return the product. I requested a return with the same reason that had size issue and quality of product.. on 11.02.2022 pick up was scheduled but no body came for pick up.. the pickup person did not came to place. Now since then I am regularly contacting myntra customer care and support system but nobody is able to resolve. Still on today’s date the product stands out for pickup on 09.03.2022.and again and again they are changing the subject to damaged product though my complaint is nobody came to pick up the product. And Myntra also doesn’t reply to the mail id but in their app which can b manipulated by them olny and they always give a reply with an autogenerated type mail.. evry time same reply is there.
