Now I am using jios network mine was a post paid connection I have recently ported to jio .
I received a call from one mr. Muhammad saying that an amt of rs 1000 is due and I will hve to pay that amt orelse the jio connection will be disconnected
Mine was a post paid connection and I used to pay the amt every month and I had cleared all the dues with Vodafone and then only ported to jio
My deposit amt that I had given to vodafone is still with them I hve not received it
When I had called up the customer care they said that the deposit money will be refunded in 3months time.
Now they hve come up with this story that I hve a due and hve to clear it.
Please look into the matter and revert.
