I had order from moon goddess portal on 2nd jan 2024. But still I haven’t received any product or any updates about the product. I just want to cancel the order and get my refund. I have lost trust on them, I don’t think I will receive the product any time soon and also not sure if product will be good and whether there is any return option since the customer service is very bad.
I just need refund and I have been asking them but they haven’t replied anything on this.
