I have ordered 5 products in Amazon Web site with Order ID 405-6364444-8086732 on 30th September 2020 and paid 2118 Rs. But I didn’t receive any products by Amazon. But they updated order status to delivered. Then I have raised complaint with Amazon support team. They said, we will do investigation and give you update on 12th October 2020. So, I called them again 12th October, they simply said our investigation team updated that your products are delivered so we can’t do any thing from our side. I asked them to provide the delivery person contact details to check to whom he has delivered my products. But they denied my requests and simply disconnected my call.
I paid amount, but they might delivered to wrong person. I need to know how they will deliver products to un known persons or wrong persons. I need justice on this issue.
