I have baught asus rog laptop of Rs. 81,990 from flipkart which was delivered on 28th sep ,i was having issues with the laptop ,as the laptop was defective ,so i asked for the replacement of the laptop the next day but from flipkart or from seller’s side there was some glitch and i was not able to place replacement,so after investing my 10-15 days into it with regular calls with flipkart and all the mental trauma, the seller gave the resolution that he can’t give the replacement as per policy,so he will give the refund of laptop i.e. Rs. 81,990 and i can also keep or discard the laptop that is on me but the refund will be given to me .
So i provided the bank details .So He has initiated the refund on 14th of oct. from his side but i did not recieve the refund in my bank account till now, so i contacted the bank and they gave the information that the seller has filled the wrong bank details,so the ammount was auto returned to his account .
Now its almost a month and i haven’t received my refund yet as promised.
