Text of Complaint by Uday shenoy:

I have ordered water sensor Diya from napptol on 19th October and my product has been delivered on 24th oct as I’m not available on that I told to deliver the product to relatives house and when i checked it on next day there is a damaged product i have called napptol customer care for full refund but they are refused to refund the amount
