I have been a loyal customer to Amazon since it started prime in india and I have bought a lot of products worths lakhs and I regularly use Amazon pay , recently I had received an packege which didn’t had the product, then I called them and they asked me to wait for two days and then they say that the product was delivered and no replacement would be provided and it made me feel bad that is the reason I am raising the complaint
