I cancelled my jio fiber postpaid connection and the jio engineer picked up the router on 10.08.2021 after that i got a message on my registered mobile no that you will get your refund within 7-14 days in your bank account. The time period passed i called the jio fiber customer care several times and conplained about it every time they fooled me. I am very depreesed now. I am in financial crisis right now and the so called biggest company of india hasn’t initiated my refund as yet. This is total harassment of an innocent customer.
