I ordered 4 number of vehicle tyres CEAT Securadrive(175/65 r15) form GoMechanic Spares android app and have paid 16,747 for the product at the time of order which is 4th Jan 2023 but my order was cancelled on 21st Jan 2023 by the company saying the product is unavailable. The customer representative said that your amount will be refunded within 7-10 days but even after 10 days I haven’t received the refund. Please help me get my refund.
