I HAVE TAKEN INSURANCE FROM JEEVES FOR MY MI LED TV NOW IT GOT FAULTY AS IT HAVING THE 2 VERTICAL HAIRLINE ON DISPLAY, I HAVE LOG CASE FOR THE SAME AS ON 31ST DECEMBER 2020 AND ITS MARCH 2021. ASTHEY SAID ME THEY WILL BE REFUNDING THE AMOUNT ITS BEEN 4 MONTH THEY ARE IGNORING AND NOT UPDATE ABOUT REFUNDING THE AMOUNT. WHENEVER I CALLED THEM THEY JUST KEEP SAYING THEY UPDATE FOR THE SAME AFTER OR WITHIN 2 DAYS AS I AM VERY MUCH CONCERN THAT ILL BE NOT GETTING MY REFUND PLEASE HELP ME WITH THIS ISSUE PLEASE ITS AN KIND REQUEST
