Subject: Addressing the Issue of Suspended Driver Accounts on the Porter App
I am writing to express my concern regarding the recent suspension of driver accounts on the Porter app without prior notification. I believe it is crucial to address this issue promptly and find a fair resolution that benefits both drivers and the company.
Firstly, I would like to emphasize the importance of effective communication between the Porter app and its drivers. Sudden suspensions without any prior warning can be highly detrimental to drivers who rely on the app as a source of income.
The reason they had pointing out of my suspension was I done the delivery in an offline and they had warn me many times. Actually I don’t get any warning call or notification before and I haven’t done any malfunction against porter app. When I taken in the order on Feb 26 and reach at pickup point the company staff was informed me some other porter boy was pick up and delivered before me. So the order was cancelled by the owner and I had waited for next order, after that I got an order and pick it and delivered on the destination. Unfortunately it was nearly to the canceled order destination. So the porter app got misunderstood and they make my account suspended. I had submitted the proof and everything to kochi office and they also mailed to the porter team. But the reply from higher authority was they can’t revoke my suspension. I am sure that I didn’t make any mistake still I had worked.
Kindly please involve in this issue and revoke my suspension as soon as possible.
