I have bought a mobile phone on 19/08/20 under old mobile cash back exchange offer. The new mobile was delivered on 25/08/20. And the old set was picked up on 26/08/20 (receiving copy is attached). Till now they have not send the cash back to my account. Still their mobile application is showing the old mobile will be pic up be next three days. Have made multiple complained via, mail, calling their customer service, sending masseges through twetter, no response from their side. Whenever I called they told me that it will be solved very soon. But no development. still i ahve not got the cash bcak amount which is Rs 5010 against my Old Mi 7 . Their pic up agent has confirmed that they successfully delivered it to Tata cliq. Four complain has made from my side. Following docs are attached 1….Old mobile pic up receiving copy.
