I have returned a product in its original form as received from Amazon. The product was returned by me to the Amazon for refund. Now the Amazon has both it’s product and my money. The Amazon is not refunding my money . I had contacted the Amazon customer service several times. The customer service representative on behalf of the Amazon said that according to their policy they will neither return my money not deliver the product to me. This is sheer robbery by The Amazon.
