I have returned a product but it’s 10 days now and it’s showing still in Transit and still didn’t refund my money

Text of Complaint by Shanu Kumar:

My name is Shanu Kumar and i am a regular customer of AJIO. On 02 July,2022 i have ordered (Order No- #FN5355200322) DNMX brand jeans by paying 830.65 through my credit card. The product delivery date was 05 July,2022 but the product was not delivered to my address till 11th July. On 12th July I have got a call regarding this product delivery and I have not accepted the product due to late delivery and also registered a complaint regarding this issue but still it is not resolved. Now the product is showing still in Transit and still didn’t refund my money
Now i don’t need this product anymore, please do the needful to return my money back which is paid for this product.
