I have ordered one Daisy walker for my kid amount Rs 2999 but I do not like it so I return it on 14th Aug 2022 but I did not receive any confirmation from amazon about the returned item and did not get my return. The return pickup guy name is Vijay (i guess but not sure). I have called customer care regarding this issue and they denied they never received my returned item which i have handed over to the return pickup person. Now they are not returning my money after so many follow-ups and calls with the customer service team and denied returning my money for last month. These things harassed me and my wife mentally and physically.
